What should I do if my network drops during a quiz?
Reconnect quickly and avoid closing the page until progress or the final result has saved.

A dropped connection during a quiz can affect question loading, image loading, score saving, support chat, and subscription checks. The safest action is to reconnect before leaving the page.
Quick Revision Tips
- Turn mobile data or Wi-Fi back on
- Wait a moment for QuizAppa to reconnect
- Submit again if the submit action did not complete
- Check Scores after the quiz to confirm the record
- Message support with the subject, quiz type, and time if the score is missing
During The Quiz
If questions are already loaded, continue carefully but reconnect before submitting. If images or new pages do not load, wait for the connection to return before pressing more buttons.
Avoid refreshing repeatedly while offline because it can remove the current browser state.
After Submitting
Open Scores to confirm that the result was saved. If the score is missing, send support the class, subject, quiz type, period, approximate time, and any screenshot you have.
If the quiz was a timed quiz, mention whether the timer ended automatically or you submitted manually.
