FAQ Guide

What is the Mastery Map?

The Mastery Map groups quiz activity into strengths, watch areas, and topics that need work.

QuizAppa help guide | 5 quick steps

The Mastery Map helps students move from random revision to targeted revision. It looks at quiz performance and saved mistakes to show where attention is needed.

Quick Revision Tips

  • Open Performance
  • Look for mastery or topic progress areas
  • Check topics marked strong, watch, or needs work
  • Start with the top recommended topic
  • Use Smart Review to clean up saved mistakes from that area

How To Read It

A strong topic usually has better quiz performance and fewer active mistakes. A watch topic may be improving but still needs attention. A needs-work topic should be reviewed soon because mistakes or low scores are appearing there.

The labels are guides, not final judgments. A topic can improve as you complete more quizzes and retry saved mistakes.

Best Way To Use It

Start with one needs-work topic instead of jumping across many subjects. Read notes, retry mistakes, then take another quiz from the same area.

Use the map weekly to decide what to revise next.
