FAQ Guide
Can I reset my quiz progress?
You can reset quiz progress from Settings without deleting your profile or subscription.
QuizAppa help guide | 5 quick steps
Resetting quiz progress is useful when you want a clean learning record. It removes quiz activity data but does not delete the account itself.
Quick Revision Tips
- Open Settings
- Go to the Account section
- Choose Reset Quiz Data
- Type RESET to confirm if prompted
- Refresh Home, Scores, or Performance after the reset finishes
What Reset Removes
A quiz data reset removes quiz history, score records, performance analytics based on old results, quiz access records, and unfinished local quiz progress.
It does not remove your user profile, class selection, subscription package, or payment record.
Before You Reset
Only reset when you are sure you no longer need old scores. If the problem is only that one class looks wrong, check Settings first instead of clearing all quiz data.
After reset, refresh pages that show scores or analytics so they load the new empty state.
- Reset is permanent for quiz records.
- Your account remains active.
- Your subscription is not cancelled by resetting quiz data.
