FAQ Guide

Why is my quiz page empty?

An empty quiz usually means the selected class, quiz type, subject, or quiz set has no questions ready to show.

QuizAppa help guide | 5 quick steps

An empty quiz page means QuizAppa could not prepare questions for that exact class, subject, quiz type, and year or set. The most common causes are a missing active class, an old quiz link, a weak connection, or a quiz set that has not been published yet.

Quick Revision Tips

  • Check that your internet connection is stable
  • Open Settings
  • Go to class settings and confirm your active class
  • Return to Quizzes and select the quiz again
  • Contact support if the class keeps clearing

Common Causes

QuizAppa opens questions by matching the class, quiz type, subject, and year or set you selected. If one part is missing or does not match a published quiz set, the questions cannot be shown.

This can also happen after changing subscription class access, opening an old browser tab, or moving between mobile and web before the account data has refreshed.

  • Refresh the page after changing classes.
  • Use the Back button and select the quiz again from the list.
  • Check Settings if the active class shown in the menu looks wrong.

When To Contact Support

Contact support if the same quiz stays empty after refreshing and selecting it again. Include the class, quiz type, subject, and year or set so the content can be checked quickly.

A screenshot helps support see whether the page is still loading, showing an error, or opening the wrong route.
