FAQ Guide
How do Learning Games work?
Use class-aware Word Search and Math Box practice for short learning sessions.
QuizAppa help guide | 5 quick steps
Learning Games are separate from normal quiz records. They give students a quick way to practise vocabulary and maths skills without adding another Firebase read or writing every answer.
Quick Revision Tips
- Open Learning Games from Home or the class dashboard
- Choose the game available for your class
- Paint through each Word Search word or type each Math Box answer
- Finish the stage before the timer ends
- Open the word review drawer to read the meanings and continue to the next stage
Class Availability
Lower Primary and Upper Primary have Word Search and Math Box activities.
JHS and SHS have a timed 10-word Word Search focused on subject vocabulary.
Progress and Cost
Game packs and progress are designed to work locally, so the games do not depend on a Firebase read for every answer. Completion summaries and progress can be restored from the device where supported.
Use the games as a short revision warm-up, then continue with normal quizzes or Practice Mistakes for deeper study.
