How do I report a wrong question or answer?

Question reports are most useful when they include enough detail for the content team to find the exact item. A message that only says one answer is wrong is hard to verify.
Quick Revision Tips
- Note the class, subject, quiz type, and year or quiz set
- Take a screenshot if possible
- Tell us the question number and what looks wrong
- Send the details through WhatsApp, email, or support chat
- Our team will review and correct confirmed issues
What To Include
Include the class, subject, quiz type, year or set, question number, and the answer you believe is correct. If the issue is a typo, unclear image, missing option, or wrong explanation, mention that clearly.
A screenshot is very helpful because it shows the exact question text and options.
- Class: JHS, SHS, Lower Primary, or Upper Primary.
- Quiz type: BECE, WASSCE, Exams, Mock, and so on.
- Question number and a short explanation of the issue.
What Happens Next
Support checks the report against the stored question data. Confirmed content issues can then be corrected for future learners.
If the answer is correct but the explanation is confusing, the explanation can also be improved.
